THE STORY BEHIND THIS TEE
He has survived everything. He is now trying to win a turtle.
A battle-worn samurai in tattered robes stands at a claw machine, joystick operated with complete focus. The machine is full of small pink turtles. One has escaped to the floor. The claw is descending. His expression is unreadable.
The seal reads 静心未失. Still heart, not yet lost. The not yet is doing everything. The battle has hardened his resolve, not his heart. He is still here. Still present. The turtle is ahead of him. The quality of attention is identical in both cases.
He will get the turtle. Or he will not. His posture will not change either way.
